This artisanal Blackcurrant Jam is made with 50% fruit, giving it a deep, concentrated berry flavour balanced by the natural tartness of blackcurrants. Sweetened with cane sugar, it offers a rich fruit character and beautiful dark-purple colour, crafted in the tradition of French homemade-style preserves.
Delicious on buttered toast, croissants, scones or brioche, and excellent with yogurt, mascarpone or desserts. Its intense sweet-tart character also makes it an interesting addition to creative savoury recipes.
