Poulpe Bleu Gin

A Provençal legendary creature, the Blue Octopus, fond of the botanicals of our creeks, would appreciate the finesse of this maceration of juniper berries and botanicals characteristic of our beautiful Mediterranean coast with its iodized notes, refreshed with a zest of lemon, floral with a rose petal note enhanced with ultra-marine spices gleaned from our major ports of Marseille and Toulon.

Juniper berries, thyme, rosemary, almond, angelica, samphire, lemon zest, coriander, orris root, roses, and a few other plants… (but shh!) give this gin a powerful and varied aromatic palette.
