Aged for 12 months in American oak barrels, this tequila develops the rich flavours of an Añejo while retaining a remarkably clear appearance. Its distinctive production process also includes fermentation accompanied by classical music, a particularly unusual detail of Casa Don Ramón’s craftsmanship.
