Confit Duck Gizzards from Landes by Maison Lafitte 365g ( 5 pieces )

Duck gizzards are a must-have in your cupboard because they are very useful for adding to salads, savoury pies (and even pizzas!), in summer and winter.

The gizzards are cooked in-house and come from our traditional Landes duck production. To prepare them, simply slice them after heating them in a pan. You can also save the remaining fat to fry some potatoes.

Recomandation 1 gizzard per person.
