Classic and expressive Loire Valley white made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc. It opens with aromas of green apple, lime, and white flowers, supported by a clear, flinty, and smoky mineral character.
On the palate, it is dry and well-balanced, with fresh acidity and a smooth, rounded texture. Citrus, stone fruit, and wet stone notes lead to a long, clean, and mineral finish.
