Chateau de Saint Martin CRU CLASSE is a beautiful estate of 100 hectares among which 50 in vineyards, deeply marked by history.This began with the Romans who cultivated and left a lot of tracks. The Château de Saint Martin became a wine priory of the monks of Lérins who built an underground cellar where the wines have been kept until now. From 1740, the family took over the estate and built the “Château” which has been transmitted from mother to daughter and from Comtesse to Comtesse until now.
A cuvée only made from vintages with powerful and elegant characters: a tribute to Adeline de Barry’s grandfather.
Nose: complex, combining spices, stewed black fruit, licorice, cocoa beans, and cigarillo.
Palate: structured and intense, with blueberry and black fruit notes balanced with powerful tannins. Long spicy finish with licorice, cocoa, leather, and undergrowth.
Peach vine-lychee color, brilliant, limpid. Its intense, complex, and explosive nose initially announces notes of peach-apricot, then Bigarreau cherry, and then enriches with nuances of raspberry and redcurrant.
The palate reveals the good structure and good acidity of peach and apricot. Round and long wine in the mouth where we can find notes of English candy. The long and very enveloping finish on the rose.
White wine whose golden colour is clear and shiny, with green and silver hues.
On the nose explosion of exotic fruit and white flowers.
On the palate, pleasant complexity on floral and citrus notes with a mineral finish.

A rosé with a scintillating color of peach. The nose is powerful, it is revealed through exotic notes such as guava and lychee, after which we also discover floral aromas of white flowers such as hyacinth, jasmine, and honeysuckle. The palate is supple and nuanced. the freshness is brought by notes of pineapple and passion fruit.
