Le 7ème is a more original expression of Chablis, made from biodynamic grapes and produced with a low-intervention approach. It keeps the freshness people expect from Chablis, but adds extra texture, aromatic depth and a slightly more gastronomic personality.
A distinctive Chablis made from 100% Chardonnay, with a pure, natural and mineral style. It opens with baked apple, lemon zest, bergamot, vanilla and a fine stony freshness. Elegant and intriguing, it has more depth than a simple fresh white, while staying bright, clean and easy to enjoy.
Perfect with seafood, lobster, scallops, grilled fish, sushi, roast chicken, soft cheeses and refined vegetarian dishes.
