Description
Character: Elegant aroma of candied fruit and honey. The taste is sweet and well-balanced with notes of exotic fruits such as anise and apricot.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested late, which contributes to a high concentration and sugar content. The grapes are then pressed in whole bunches and fermentation takes place in new oak barrels at 18 degrees.
Aging: The wine has been aged for 18 months on its lees in oak barrels.
