Grande Sendrée is Drappier’s prestige cuvée, produced only in the best vintages and from selected old vines. The 2018 rosé combines power and finesse with excellent aging potential, positioning it firmly in the luxury Champagne category.
Brilliant salmon pink with fine, persistent mousse. The nose is complex and refined, revealing wild strawberry, red currant, and blood orange layered with subtle brioche, spice, and mineral notes. On the palate, it is precise and elegant, with vibrant acidity, creamy texture, and a long, sophisticated finish.
