Grown on steep granite soils and produced from biodynamically farmed vines, the wine reveals expressive aromas of citrus, mandarin, peach and white flowers with hints of ginger and crushed stone. On the palate it is vibrant and deeply structured, combining ripe fruit with striking minerality and a saline freshness that gives the wine remarkable precision and length. Its refined balance makes it an excellent partner for oysters, grilled fish, seafood dishes or goat cheese.
