This is one of the most respected white wines of Pessac-Léognan, made mainly from Sauvignon Blanc, with Sémillon adding texture and roundness. Fermentation and ageing in barrel give extra depth, while the natural freshness keeps the wine precise and elegant.
A refined dry white Bordeaux with impressive depth and freshness. It has yellow peach, pear, citrus and exotic fruit, with delicate floral notes, fine spice and a subtle mineral touch. Rich and silky without feeling heavy, it finishes long, fresh and elegant.
Perfect with lobster, scallops, grilled fish, seafood in sauce, roast chicken, creamy dishes, mushroom recipes, Comté and refined cheese platters.
