Clos du Temple takes rosé into the world of fine wine, combining biodynamic viticulture, old vines and meticulous winemaking in the historic village of Cabrières. Produced in very limited quantities, it is a distinctive rosé created not simply for summer drinking, but for gastronomy, special occasions and ageing.
An exceptional gastronomic rosé with delicate aromas of ripe apricot, white peach and rose, lifted by a subtle touch of green pepper. The palate is full and silky yet remarkably fresh, with impressive depth, fine complexity and a long finish showing a delicate hint of blond tobacco. A sophisticated rosé designed to be enjoyed with the same attention as a fine white or red wine.
