Trofie are distinguished by their characteristic twisted, elongated shape, designed to hold sauces beautifully in every curve. Made in Gragnano from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and water, the pasta is slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve its authentic flavour and satisfying texture.
A classic partner for pesto, Trofie are also excellent with thick sauces, meat ragù, creamy recipes, or fresh Mediterranean ingredients.
