The R&A Pfaffl Riesling “Sonne” is a vibrant Austrian white wine from Lower Austria (Niederösterreich), produced from Riesling grown on steep terraces with rocky soils. The wine reveals expressive aromas of apricot, peach and citrus with delicate mineral notes. On the palate, it is dry, lively and beautifully balanced, offering flavours of yellow fruit and lemon supported by refreshing acidity and a long, clean finish.
Its bright structure makes it an excellent partner for grilled fish, seafood dishes or fresh salads.
