It reveals delicate aromas of wild strawberry, red currant and rose petals. On the palate it is fresh, precise and beautifully balanced with vibrant red fruit and a subtle mineral edge. Its lively elegance pairs perfectly with charcuterie, grilled salmon, roasted chicken or Mediterranean dishes.
