Château Bastor-Lamontagne “SO” Sauternes AOC

The Château Bastor-Lamontagne “SO” Sauternes is a refined and vibrant sweet wine from the famous Sauternes appellation in Bordeaux. Made primarily from Sémillon with Sauvignon Blanc , the grapes are affected by noble rot, concentrating their natural sugars and aromas.

The wine opens with aromas of honey, apricot, candied citrus and delicate floral notes. On the palate it is rich yet beautifully fresh, revealing flavours of peach, orange marmalade and golden fruit balanced by lively acidity that keeps the wine elegant rather than heavy.
