Lively purple with dense garnet glints. Very aromatic red, in which surprisingly intense floral aromas, such as violet, combine with fresh fruit (cherry, plum, blueberry). Full-bodied in the mouth, where a unique expression of both the Malbec variety and this specific terroir unfolds. Red fruits, berries, and spices (pepper, vanilla) are enhanced by oak ageing, which brings with it typical bitter cocoa and tobacco accents. A fleeting astringency and well-crafted acidity promise a long ageing potential.
Rutini Sauvignon Blanc was delicately harvested in peak maturity to achieve a well-balanced flavor and acidity. This wine displays a yellow-green color with intense fruit aromas on the nose. Essences of pink grapefruit herbs and freshly cut grass are also present. The mouthfeel is full and intense with fruit flavors and a touch of vanilla from the time spent in the oak. Well-balanced and crisp acidity.
50% Cabernet Franc from Gualtallary, 40% Pinot Noir, 10% Merlot
At sight, it presents a medium garnet red color, with a bright hue. Aromatically, strawberry jams, red plums, blackberries, delicate peppers, and subtle notes of coffee appear. In the mouth it presents friendly and juicy tannins with an accompanying acidity, generating a lasting balance. Spices and menthol notes are perceived at the end of the mouth.
Deep ruby red. The duo of vines of French origin results in a harmonious and balanced red wine: the Cabernet Sauvignon delivers its corporeal and full character, and the Malbec nuances the blend with soft and sweet tannins, enhancing a unique combination of aromas and fruity flavours.
Intense and concentrated garnet red, with violet reflections. The impetuous nose typical of the variety also gives floral harmonies (violet) and notes of fresh red and black fruits (cherry, cassis). In the mouth, the tannins are well present, highlighting the bitter cocoa and macerated fruits. Intense and complex, it has a very successful acidity.
