The Paradise is a secretly guarded part of our cellars. Inside this incredible crypt, behind the cobwebs and hundred-year-old barrels, rest very old Grand Champagne, produced by generations of the Frapin family. Each of them embodies the heart of the estate, the finesse of the grapes and generations of craftsmanship.
These unique, irreplaceable Grande Champagne Eaux-de-vies are the signature of Frapin.
Our Cellar Master carefully selected around 20 Eaux-de-vies from the
Paradis cellar to blend Plume Frapin. Each has patiently aged over decades in a quest for roundness, aromatic depth and balance
HYMN
Plume Frapin is a hymn to voluptuousness, resting in an exceptionally luxurious carafe, made by the famous ateliers of l’Orfèvrerie d’Anjou. A skilful balance between tradition and design, the decanter symbolises the unique link between Frapin and its illustrious ancestor. Two delicately designed 18-carat pink gold feathers adorn the carafe and the cork.
The exceptionally clean design of these carafes and the use of uniquely elegant materials invite a dreamlike taste.
