Description
Fresh and expressive Loire Valley red made from 100% Cabernet Franc. It opens with aromas of cherry, raspberry, and red berries, supported by light herbal and spicy notes. The fruit is vibrant and clean, typical of Chinon style.
On the palate, it is smooth and medium-bodied, with fine tannins and bright acidity. Juicy red fruit flavours and subtle vegetal hints lead to a soft, balanced finish. Easy to enjoy and very food-friendly.
Serve slightly chilled. Pairs well with grilled meats, poultry, pork dishes, and soft cheeses.
