A complex, aged Assyrtiko, from our vineyards of high altitude in Argolida. The variety expresses rich, tense flavours, as it was aged in oak barrels for 8 months. The colour is deep yellow. The flavour is full of citrus and stone fruits, combined with vanilla and sweet spices, from the oak. The tongue is rich, and full, with acidity and a strong aftertaste. A gastronomic wine can elevate rich dishes such as fish and meat.
