It is in this magnificent tin illustrated by the artist-painter Delphine Cossais that you can leave your vintage sardines La Perle des Dieux of the year 2018 to refine.
The vintage sardines are caught off the coast of Vendée, in Saint- Gilles-Croix-de-Vie during the summer. They are freshly canned by hand by the sardine boats of our cannery. Soaked in extra virgin olive oil, they will become even smoother and smoother over time.
