In 2016, the artist Coralie Joulin signs a new creation for our haute couture gourmet sardines, inspired by the skillful and delicate gestures of the women of the cannery working the silverfish. The muse of the Pearl of the Gods, Miss Lulu, appears modern and graceful.
In the elegant case, four to six vintage sardines, caught off the coast of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, worked fresh and prepared in the traditional way and by hand. Sardines for keeping can be kept for several years away from humidity. Turned regularly, they are soaked in extra virgin olive oil from the box, until they are completely candied.
