Description
The La Grande Bleue vintage embodies the spirit and beauty of the Mediterranean Sea, where the generous sun and the mineral influence of the sea shape a unique terroir.
Its colour is pale yellow with slightly green highlights. The nose is expressive and develops aromas of white-fleshed fruits (pear, peach) as well as citrus notes (lemon, grapefruit) complemented by light floral touches (white flowers, hawthorn). The Viognier brings a subtle, exotic note to this blend. The palate is lively, refreshing, marked by a beautiful minerality that recalls the influence of the sea. The attack is round and fruity with notes of peach, pear and a hint of citrus. The finish is long, saline and elegant, evoking sea spray.
