Description
Already recognized before the reign of Louis XIV, it was in 1618 when the botanist Magnol, in his book Sylve Plantarium, listed Piquepoul as one of Languedoc’s most famous grape varieties. This limestone terroir bordering the Mediterranean Sea produces a fresh, dry white wine.
Pale yellow with green highlights. The nose delivers a gourmet bouquet with notes of citrus and hawthorn. The palate is fresh and greedy, with fine lemony flavours and an invigorating finish.
