Dijon mustard is an internationally renowned strong mustard. It is made as in the past at the stone mill by the Moutarderie Fallot from brown mustard seeds and vinegar. Here it has been flavored with white wine to give it a hint of acidity.
It accompanies all meats and is used in mayonnaise sauce and many vinaigrette sauces.
