Dijon mustard is an internationally renowned strong mustard. It is made as in the past at the stone mill by the Moutarderie Fallot from brown mustard seeds and vinegar. Here it has been flavored with green pepper to give it an even stronger spiciness.
It goes wonderfully with red meats
