Edmond Fallot’s extra-fine pickles are crunchy and tangy when tasted. With their firm flesh, the flavors even tend towards spicy which is perfect to accompany a charcuterie platter, a raclette, or a salad. The Edmond Fallot mustard factory prepares its pickles according to the Burgundian method with vinegar, herbs, and mustard seeds.
Pickles, water, vinegar, onions, salt, tarragon, yellow mustard seeds, coriander seeds, natural flavors, calcium chloride, and potassium disulfite.
