Description
A rare fortified wine from the Jura, crafted by the mutage of fresh must with Jura marc. Made mainly from Savagnin and Chardonnay, it shows a deep golden colour and a complex bouquet of candied citrus, quince jam, dried apricot, and toasted nuts. The palate is rich and velvety with notes of honey, caramel, and warm spice, balanced by the lift of the marc spirit.
