The 2011 vintage has a dark and deep color. Dense aromas of black fruit and blueberry express themselves, ennobled with a fine vanilla. Allowed to breathe, powdery notes of cocoa combine with peppermint. The attack is fresh and supple, the evolution is bright and of good density. The tannins are still tight on the finish and the structure of the vintage invites us to be a little patient. A beautiful potential!
