The nose is largely dominated by a myriad of yellow and white fruits. Plum is in the spotlight in this basket of fruits composed of mirabelles, apricots, peaches and pears.
The mouth is fleshy with firm flesh and slightly acidulous with fruity flavours. It evokes the crunch of freshly picked plum.
The finish is long and persistent on notes of almonds and stewed fruit.
