Final aging in our cellars in Sauternes casks.
Primary: three to eight years in French oak casks.
Secondary: six months post-blend aging in Sauternes casks.
The nose reveals a wide aromatic palette. Some notes of dried fruit (currant grapes, apricots, and date) mingle with notes of spices (vanilla, cinnamon, ginger) and acacia honey.
The mouth is greedy. It has the flavor of ripe and juicy fruit.
The finish is accompanied by hints of almond and hazelnut.
2020: bronze medal at World Whiskies Awards competition, Best French Blended Malt.
