Ànima Negra ÀN/2 2020

Aromas of fresh ripe fruit (cherries, and even cherries in liqueur, although in a very very subtle), sweet strawberry notes, balsamic notes, and a mineral background of dry stones. It is very fresh, undoubtedly Mediterranean, enveloped in a light scent of smoky notes and lactic notes. A wine of notable complexity.

In the mouth, this olfactory sweetness contrasts with a slight bitterness that makes it linger in our memory. It is intense, balanced, and easy to drink, generous, and half-bodied with an earthy undertone and peppery notes which, together with its good acidity, offer a delicious and refreshing sensation.
