It was in 1938 that François Brondel acquired all the buildings, his son Robert will develop the cultivation of the vine and Jean-François, current winemaker and winemaker, will make the reputation of Brondel wines. Sylvain, representing the 4th generation, chose to become involved in the family business in 2007. The work in the vineyard and the winemaking are the objects of very particular care. A first vatting house, installed in a building dating from the 19th century, and a second one built in 1999 are equipped with the latest winemaking techniques (temperature control system, pneumatic press, grape harvesting belt for batting). The vines are planted on diversified grounds, which gives the originality of Brondel wines. Sylvain has chosen to convert the estate to ORGANIC from 2019, the conversion will last 3 years.
