It was at the end of the 2000s that Daucourt, a cognac house operating mainly on the export market, decided to create a whisky lineage. It will be said that the Scottish origins of the mother of the last generation of the family had a lot to do with it.

So they launched into the adventure and at the beginning of 2010 we saw the arrival of the blend and later the single malt. Nothing transpires from that time but today, at least for the single malt, everything is “home-made” and in France. The reputation of Daucourt is no longer to be made, thanks to its famous Bastille whisky and Vodka Moulin.
