Melissa BouyguesPresidentOriginally from Bâton-Rouge in Louisiana and wife of Martin Bouygues, Melissa Bouygues is passionate about 18th-century architecture. She has been heavily involved in the renovation of Montrose, particularly in the choices that determined the layout of the reception areas. Ambassador of the estate, she regularly participates, alongside Hervé Berland, in the presentation of Montrose wines at international events.
Herve BerlandManagerAfter 35 years spent in wine and vines, notably as General Manager of a Premier Grand Cru Classé, he brings to Montrose a “premier” experience as his predecessor, Jean-Bernard Delmas, did from 2006 to 2011. He joined Château Montrose in April 2012, accepting a new challenge at the request of Martin and Olivier Bouygues.
 
One of the riches of Montrose lies in its teams, made up of professionals who put complementary personalities and know-how at the service of its terroir. Combining specialists in the field and academics, the Montrose management team, led by Hervé Berland, has a wealth of very diverse experience. Under his responsibility, 68 employees share the same demand for quality and the ambition to produce excellence.
